Bookings, Payments & Cancellation Policy

When booking a retreat with Maneba Collective, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and liability policies outlined below.

Deposits & Refunds

• Any deposit paid to secure a retreat booking is non-refundable.

• In the event of cancellation by the participant, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Travel disruptions

  • Illness or personal circumstances

  • External events or force majeure

 

Maneba Collective shall not be held responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the participant, including flights, accommodation, car rentals, or other travel-related expenses.

Travel Insurance

All participants are required to obtain their own travel insurance that adequately covers medical expenses, injuries, travel disruptions, and activities included during the retreat.

Participation in any retreat is conditional upon holding valid travel insurance. Maneba Collective and any collaborating guides shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the retreat.

Health Disclosure & Personal Responsibility

Participants are expected to be transparent and forthcoming regarding any health conditions, injuries, medical issues, or personal circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate in retreat activities.

This information must be disclosed prior to the retreat. Our intention is to ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in exclusion from activities without entitlement to a refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Neither Maneba Collective nor any collaborating guides shall be liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the retreat

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

• Additional costs or expenses resulting from cancellation or postponement of travel arrangements made by the participant

 

Participation in retreats and activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and Maneba Collective shall be governed by Spanish and European law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
