​I'm Maria, a creative and adventurer from Barcelona who's been obsessed with nature and adventures since I can remember. After living in different countries throughout my life, I started dreaming of traveling the whole world for a long period of time, and go to some places that have been on my bucket list for years.
So after many years of working and saving, I packed my bags, left the city I was living in, and started a life-changing journey around the globe. For 5 months, I saw the most breathtaking views (that my eyes are still processing), went on adventures in the mountains, the desert and the ocean that made me feel small in the best way possible. I spent most of my time outside, and creating content with things that inspired me from the different cultures I was learning about.

But the highlight about all this trip for me was the people I met. I made friends from different countries, different backgrounds, and speaking different languages. Yet, all these people managed to put a smile on my face the minute I met them, to make me feel at home even if I didn't know them, and together we shared moments I'll keep with me forever.

the "collective" part of the name makes so much sense
We created Maneba to bring a community of people together that wanted to go on adventures, have meaningful connections with new people, explore different cultures, and move their bodies in nature. What we didn't expect was to have so many people join our first experiences and connect on such a deep level.
​
A guest told me after their experience with us, that "it makes so much sense that it's called collective!", and this was the best review we could have ever received. Because it is our goal for you to join our adventures on your own or with a friend, and go back home with a bunch of new friends you can count on to go on more wild and creative getaways.

One of the most rewarding aspects of creating Maneba Collective has been connecting with beautiful people from across the world and seeing how our guests form bonds that turn into genuine friendships.

​We always believed a picture is worth a thousand words, that's why it's so important for us to capture all our adventures and share it with our guests. But nothing beats the feeling of receiving film from our guests and amigos from our getaways.
