Nepal

sold out

For nine days, we’ll journey deep into the Himalayas, trekking to Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters, one of Nepal’s most iconic routes, guided by two experienced Nepali women who know these mountains like home.

Each day will weave together connection, movement, and awe: steady hikes through lush valleys and terraced fields, moments of stillness in remote villages, sunrise meditations, and evenings of gentle yoga to help us ground after the day’s adventures.

When we return to Pokhara on the last days, our retreat will shift into soft recovery, yoga, sound healing, journaling, and time to simply breathe in the view of the Himalayas from a peaceful lakeside hotel.

Our connection to the Nepali community is at the heart of this retreat. We’re committed to giving space to female guides in the mountain world, so part of our profit will go toward training more women as certified mountain guides, helping build a stronger, more inclusive community over the years.

trekking

Our daily hikes will range from 4 to 6 hours, allowing us to steadily gain altitude while giving our bodies time to adjust comfortably. We’ll pass through charming Himalayan villages, terraced fields, and lush valleys, taking regular breaks to soak in the stunning mountain scenery.

The goal is to reach Annapurna Base Camp, nestled among some of the highest peaks in the world. This iconic spot offers breathtaking views and a deep sense of accomplishment, making every step of the trek truly worthwhile.

yoga and meditation

Morning meditations to start the day with presence, and evening yin yoga to stretch, restore, and reflect. Led by Alazne, these practices will keep our bodies supple and our minds grounded throughout the journey.

In Pokhara, we’ll also enjoy a sound healing session, journaling workshops, and moments of stillness to integrate the experience.

Tea houses

During our trek we’ll be staying in traditional Nepali tea houses, simple mountain lodges that offer a cozy and authentic experience of life in the Himalayas. These huts come with basic amenities, shared rooms with 2–4 people from our group, and provide a duvet and pillow for each bed. Bathrooms include showers, and there’s always a warm communal area where we’ll gather for meals, tea, and stories in the evenings.

A charming lakeside boutique hotel where we’ll rest after our trek. The perfect place to soak in the quiet, reflect on our journey, and celebrate what we’ve accomplished.

In the mountains, we’ll enjoy hearty Nepali meals like steaming plates of momos, dal bhat, curries, soups, and fresh fruit, perfect fuel for trekking. Tea houses also offer pancakes, pasta, and other comforting dishes for variety.

In Pokhara, we’ll savor everything from fresh coffee and crepes to pizza and international plates in cozy cafés and restaurants, a well-earned treat after days of hiking.
