Pica d'Estats

sold out

Spend two powerful days in the heart of the Pyrenees as we make our way to the summit of La Pica d’Estats (3,143 m), the highest peak in Catalonia. This adventure takes us through wild alpine landscapes, past shimmering mountain lakes, and into the crisp air of high-altitude terrain. It’s the perfect escape for anyone craving movement, nature, and meaningful connection.

Our journey begins with a hike up to a beautiful mountain lake, where we’ll set up camp for the night surrounded by untouched nature. The following morning, we’ll sip coffee as the sun rises over the water before starting our ascent to the summit. From the top, breathtaking views stretch across France, Spain, and Andorra. We’ll then begin our descent, returning to the valley with tired legs, full hearts, and unforgettable memories.

You can join us alone or with friends, this is a space where bonds are quickly formed, and every step brings us closer to both the mountains and each other.

trekking

Our main adventure will be two days of trekking, beginning in La Seu d’Urgell on Saturday morning. From there, we’ll drive together to the start of the route and begin our hike. Along the way, we’ll pause to enjoy a packed lunch before continuing our climb toward Llac d’Estats. Upon arrival, we’ll set up our tents right beside the lake and end the day with a relaxing evening stretch led by Alazne to release any tension from the trail.

morning warm up

On the second morning, Alazne will guide a mindful warm up session to wake up our bodies and prepare for the climb ahead. With gentle movements and deep breathing, we’ll shake off the night’s stiffness, center ourselves, and set off for the summit feeling energized.

camping

For this retreat, we will be camping in tents right by the lake, offering the chance for a refreshing swim after our first day of trekking. This is a true back-to-basics experience in nature, where we’ll respect the environment by leaving no trace behind. As night falls, we’ll gather under a blanket of stars, share stories, and enjoy the simple pleasures of being together in such a peaceful setting.

bring your own material

Each participant will need to bring their own camping gear, including a tent, sleeping bag, and personal equipment. If you don’t have certain items or would prefer to rent, we can help arrange everything you need so you can focus on the experience itself.

If you are new to camping, we will share a detailed list with you of what you need via email.

Meals during the trek will be hearty, comforting, and shared in the beauty of our surroundings. On the first day, we’ll carry packed lunches with sandwiches and snacks to enjoy along the trail. Once we reach camp, we’ll cook warm soup and a homemade dinner by the lake before winding down under the stars.

The next morning will begin with hot coffee and a nourishing breakfast to prepare us for the final push to the summit. On our way back to Barcelona, we’ll stop for a traditional Pyrenean lunch the perfect way to celebrate and reflect on our adventure together.
