By registering in this form to reserve your spot for this retreat, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

Your spot will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
The deposit amount and payment deadlines vary depending on the retreat and will be clearly specified for each offer.
Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by the final deadline. If payment is not received on time, your spot may be released.
All spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deposit is strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances, including illness, injury, change of plans, missed flights, or other personal reasons.
If you cancel after having paid the full amount, no refunds will be given, regardless of the reason.
If the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to force majeure, extreme weather, or not meeting the minimum number of participants, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
We are not responsible for any additional costs the participant may have incurred such as flights, visas, accommodation, transportation or other personal arrangements.

Travel and health insurance is mandatory to participate in this retreat.
Your insurance must cover trip cancellation, medical care, accidents, and emergency repatriation.
You agree to send proof of insurance before the start of the retreat.
Without valid travel insurance, participation in the retreat will not be permitted.

This retreat is not a travel package. Maneba Collective is not a travel agency, y las facilitadoras actúan como curadoras de experiencias.
Each participant is responsible for organizing their own transportation, flights, visas (if applicable), insurance, and personal documentation.
The organizers reserve the right to adapt or modify elements of the retreat (schedules, activities, itineraries) in response to circumstances beyond their control.

By joining the retreat, you acknowledge and accept that activities such as yoga, trekking, surfing, hiking, skiing or nature immersion involve inherent risks.
You declare that you are in good physical and mental condition to participate in the retreat.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the local guides and the Maneba team.
You assume full responsibility for any incidents, injuries, losses or damages that may occur during the retreat.
You release the organizers from any claim or liability related to personal injury, illness, theft, loss, delays, or itinerary changes.
In case of a medical emergency, you authorize the organizing team to take reasonable measures on your behalf and understand that any associated costs will be your responsibility.

In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), your personal data will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of retreat management.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
You may request to access, modify or delete your data by contacting: manebacollective@gmail.com

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes (website, social media, future campaigns).
If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
If no notice is received, you grant us permission to use your image for non-commercial promotion.

By making the deposit or full payment, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed here.
You accept personal responsibility for your participation and travel decisions.
You release the organizers from any liability related to unforeseen events, accidents, or third-party failures.
